Last updated: September 2026

1. Introduction and Commitment to Accessibility

1.1 Sitehood Internet Communication LTD attaches the highest importance to providing an equal, respectful, accessible and professional service to all users of the end-customer website and application (LegalPDF.co), including persons with disabilities.

1.2 We invest substantial efforts and resources to ensure that the website, the PWA application and our digital document-extraction services are fully accessible, based on the belief that every person is entitled to equality, dignity, convenience and independence.

2. Compliance with Standards and Accessibility Level

2.1 The end-customer platform has been adapted and made accessible in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and applicable United Kingdom accessibility requirements, including the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where relevant.

2.2 The system meets the requirements of WCAG 2.0 Level AA, as published by the international W3C organisation (and aligned with the accessibility expectations applicable under English law).

3. Accessibility Arrangements on the End-Customer Platform

In the course of making the website and the document-extraction application accessible, comprehensive technological and visual adaptations have been implemented, including:

  • Full keyboard navigation: It is possible to navigate the website and the document-creation forms fully and conveniently using the keyboard alone (using the Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc and arrow keys).
  • Skip-to-main-content component: At the beginning of each page a Skip Link appears, enabling a direct skip to the main document-creation content by pressing the Tab key.
  • Clear visual focus: All keyboard-operable elements such as buttons, links, forms and media-filtering interfaces include a prominent Focus Outline.
  • Screen-reader support: Images, icons and operational interface components include detailed alternative text (Alt text), while decorative images are marked as such in a standards-compliant manner.
  • Correct content hierarchy: Platform pages are built with a standards-compliant and logical heading structure that facilitates page scanning and understanding of the structure.
  • Colour contrast and forms: All colours on the platform have been tested and found to have high and readable Contrast, including muted texts and form fields (such as date-range selection fields, keywords and artificial-intelligence queries). Forms include associated Labels and clear error messages.
  • Text resizing and zoom: The system supports display enlargement up to 200% via the web browser without loss of information or broken layout. In addition, enlarge and reduce buttons are integrated in the accessibility toolbar.
  • Language and directionality support: The website and application are fully adapted for use in Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR), while keeping specific fields (such as email addresses, telephone numbers and links) left-to-right for improved convenience.
